I see so many people that drive around trying to see out of a 3 inch hole that they have scraped the Ice off of. Also people that are to lazy to clear the snow off of the headlights and tail lights.

Today I was looking at the sun reflecting off a vehicle, when I would look directly into the light I could see streams of what looked to be photons or streaks of light, it looked kind of like a starburst effect, I did have contacts in however I do not know what was responsible for what I observed.

It hits and misses when vehicle standing still, as car moves the wiper seems to lift away from the windshield not wiping any water from the windshield.
