My wife and I recently bought a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am with an automatic transmission with the shifter on the floor. When coming home from an appointment today, she found that she could shift the car into every gear but park, and since it won't go into park, she cannot remove the keys. What could the problem be and how would we fix it?

its the top heating hose directly from the engine. I have the replacement hoses just need help installing them
