I wanna study Actuarial Science, but only a few colleges offer Actuarial major. I hope to find a good plan for the career. what is the best major to focus on during the undergraduate course? is it OK to enroll in a financial major in the top tier school and apply for Actuarial major in graduate school?

I am full time at one college and I am taking one class at the other college. I am recommended to take the one class to transfer. Is it possible to have financial aid at both colleges? (Tuition at the other college for the one class is almost half of what I pay at my current college) My current college said that they can't transfer my financial aid to the other college. If it is possible, would I have to apply for both on the FAFSA? Thanks for any help.
