I remember when I was younger you would hear about the sicko's hanging around schools and such every now and then, but it wasn't everyday and it wasn't in my town or even my state. Now I turn on the news and "everyday" it's happening, in my state. Are the sicko's coming out of the wood work now, is their numbers increasing? Or have they always been around and the press is just making us more aware?
