Why does anyone support MS' poor customer service? Why do we continue to buy from them?

I got a Zune for Christmas and it works fine, but after going to the Zune site I was kind of excited to hear that they are going to be adding new features. However no one will tell us what, or when.I read about all kinds of different problems people have with MS' warranty service and I am just upset that they suck so much. And they are the leading OS and growing in different fields. Why the hell does anyone support MS' Bull?

Hello Chris, Welcome to the QnA.:) Sorry you are so disappointed, but welcome to the real world. It is not just MS, it is all manufacturers of the latest techno gizmos and gadgets. Soon as the latest's gizmos and gadgets are released they become almost obsolete. There are already plans on the drawing board to produce, market, and release the next new and improved one six months down the road, (or even sooner) This is just how it has become in the techno world. As long as there are people who are willing to put out their hard earned cash to buy them, they are just going to keep doing it.

Sport:

I don't support MS' bull anymore. After going through three Xbox 360 and a crapped phone powered by WM 5.0, I figured that looking at the alternatives was the next logical step.

So I've been using Ubuntu since October and will never, ever willing purchase a Microsoft product in the future./.
