substituting in those values in the question
a=v/(0.01sec)
(83x10^6)pascal=F/(0.01metres square)
rewrite F as m*a (newtons second law)
F=m*a
F=5*a
substitute a with v/0.01
F=5*(v/0.01)
(83x10^6)pascal=(5*(v/0.01))/0.01
rearrange the equation to find velocity(v)
velocity is 1660m/s
