Um, "no Dame," huh? Dude, not all Dames are lousy drivers. But some Dudes don't TYPE so well, or use their spell-checkers, or proofread. LOL I'm just giving you a hard time. :)

I would always admit to it if I did something to damage the car. But there might be extenuating circumstances. If it was totally my fault and not covered by insurance I'd pay & fix it.

If you mean our car (as in mine and my husbands) then well I don't really have to own up to scrapping mine up. If it is his then because I know he already knows it was me...so why is he even asking. Let's just fix it and go on why make a big hullabaloo over it. Now if it's someone else's I have no choice but to own up!

Maybe a little selfish of me but .....

I wouldn't deny it. Most women I know wouldn't. Men deny it as much as women. Maybe more so. They would never admit it though.
