DeMolay
if a full size truck hit someone wieghing 130 pds.they landed 22ft away how fast was the truck going
DeMolay:

9200 lbs

sonnamae:

The determined the speed of the truck you would have to figure in other factors too.
When the body was hit did it moved down hill, on the flat, or up hill?
Did the body go threw grass or bushes or what if anything, which would slow it down. All which would affect the speed in a different way.
Did the truck hit the person head on, or did the truch graze the person from the side or corner.
This would make a difference also. The truck would have to be going faster to make a person land 22 ft away if just the side of the truch hit the person.
The driver could have been going one speed and applied the brakes at any point and at each of this points would give you a different answer.
The weather would also make a difference. Wind, rain, and snow.
The condition of the road, was it dry and bare or was it wet [rain or snow? ]

So based on what information you provided, we could not give you a true answer.
