front, front!!! my son always screams "shotgun" to his brother as we go to get into car...and that means the front passenger side....in my house, whoever shouts it first gets the passenger side...that is...unless my husband is driving and is going with us..which then means I get "shotgun"! :)
shotgun is right-front (usa), handgun is back, sub machine gun is back-back (3rd row seats, truck bed, or trunk), and for the top you have to say... "1,000,000 megaton nuclear bomb!!!"

This saying came from the stagecoach. There was the driver of the coach and beside him was the cowboy with the shotgun, hence the shotgun seat.
