How good is Fed Ex customer service ?? I think they flubbed a return mercandise package for me .
Have you ever had a similiar experience ? What happens next ??

Fed-Ex's service is really an opinion, I use them most of the time (a good 80%) and they always seem to provide me with great customer service.

If you are sure they made a mistake, complain to the "head hancho".
