i dont know much about barack except that he seems to be an honest good christian young man. that cant be anything but good for this deeply lacking in morality country.

Bracka is a well learned individual I see no reason to believe that a career politician is a prerequisite for the position of President. On the contrary a person with limited experience leads one to believe they will be in greater touch with the American people, unlike the current idiot we have now. Please get your facts straight, it was NOT the media that said he was "clean and articulate" they simply reported what others said.
We seem to have no problem electing state Governors who lack any experience in Congress.

how bout the fact that he went to an islamic school as a child? It would be nice to have a track record to know how a person is going to react under pressure and maybe what his core beliefs are. You also need to listen to Bush; there has never been anyone in history in his position that lacks the ability to communicate like he does. Born again Christians pose a threat to the rights of American citizens when they are placed in a position of power. Don't take it personal; religious fanatics of any faith pose the same threat. Perhaps that is why our fore fathers invoked the separation of church and state, they saw clearly how religion should not guide the management of this country. You spelled Koran properly but it should be capitolized in the same manner as Bible.

Do you mean as opposed to Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan who had no experience in federal politics but two of which went on to win a second term in their presidencies.
It's not about their experiences it's more about their visions for America and who they surround themselves with once elected.

The only thing worse would be having another Clinton in office.

The fact is that this country, in my lifetime, had never been in better shape than with Bill Clinton in office. Each time we utilized military force it was only after all negotiated efforts failed, we used appropriate actions to present our foes with overwhelming force to insure a fast and well planed strategy. Look at where we are not, envision the opposite and you might have a clue how it would be different under Clinton.
