Unique Ways to Market a Luxury $2.5 million home in MD.. it is waterfront and has pool!

we already plan on making business cards advertising the home, a nice brochure printed professionally, and a flyer for the brochure box printed professionally, along with doing a website specifically for the home! any other idea's Do you think taking the photo at night (dusk photos) versus regular day photos that everyone does matters---we will have a professional take the photos no matter what....Please give Idea's Thanks
