i need some help hooking my 360 up to my computer

this is what i'm working with:an xbox 360my windows xp computera router with verizon DSL connectioni want to hook the 360 up to the internet while being able to streammedia to and from my computer. i do not have wireless internet and aninternet hookup is being installed tomorrow for the 360. how can i hookthe 360 up to the internet for Live and be able to stream things to andfrom the computer through the router?

If you router supports more than one Ethernet Connection you should be fine, If you computer and Xbox 360 are connected to the same router, you should have internet, For the streaming you need to have Windows Media Player 11 for you XP and in the Library down arrow it will have Media Sharing, click that and your Xbox 360 should be listed, if not check you firewall, Xbox 360 needs to have some ports open for the streaming to work you can also find more information on the Xbox website or follow this link: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/systemuse/xbox360/digitalmedia/pc.htm Hope this helps...
