DoesDeathDefyDemons?:

suicide

Headache:

and we have a winner! Happy Christmas!

Goodbye, Cruel World:

Is there actually a law against suicide, a successful suicide?

Besides the perpetrator having imposed the death sentence upon himself, he also faces yet another judge. Punishment cannot be ruled out.

CAHOON!:

attempted Homicide
attempted suicide
attempted genocide
anything that is attempted would be an actual committing of the act just not successful.
Attempting anything that is illegal is actually committing the crime.
You can even commit a crime just by knowing about a crime planned by another but yet you don't turn that person or persons in it's called
CONSPIRACY.
You don't even have to attempt to be a conspirator to be charged as one.

1hotnurse:

true,.. but suicide is the only one that cannot be punished if actually committed.

CAHOON!:

Seems to me it already came with a Death Sentece.
