You can either pay the ticket or go to court and dispute it. Was anybody in the car with you? Was there anybody who did see that you stopped. If you choose to pay the ticket ahead of time to the traffic court clerk you can avoid court. It is really up to you. Personally, I would go to court and tell the truth with a great amount of respect for the court, the judge, and even for the officer who failed to see you stop. Be careful that you came to a full stop before you proceeded. The sign does say stop, not "hesitate"

they are a bunch of thieves. that has happened to me. they are just trying to fill their quotas and take our money. sometimes they offer u a "deal" where if u pay the fine, u dont get any points. im sorry to say, but i think u are going ot pay whether u are right or wrong. lovely system, isnt it?

That is a ticket you cannot get out of. If your tires are rotating the slightest little bit, you have not come to a complete stop. The judge will believe the police officer since he can see your tires turning and you can't.

I have a couple of tickets for the same reason. After the second ticket I started making it a point to make sure my car was completely stopped. Not one ticket since.

Yeah, i'm noticing that we all as drivers are becoming more and more impatient at stop signs. I'm also trying to make a good effort daily to STOP when i'm supposed to so I can avoid such a citation.

Ask to work it off doing community service or something to that nature, but show up for your court date to avoid a BENCH WARRANT for your arrest. It wouldn't hurt to ask.....lol.....Alright i'll STOP! get it STOP!......LMAO
