Has anyone use the Rosetta Stone Language system, and if so, was it helpful and a value for the $

Interested in learning a new language, I have tried a few different systems that were not useful and really do not want to invest in an additional system that will not be any more beneficial and make me feel taken advantage of for the money out of pocket.
