You'd first have to define child, and then enforce that standard age on other countries...it's just a list of laws for third world despotists to break so the U.N. can wag it's finger and watch on.

It's a bill about children, so it's got to be good despite the numerous flaws and problems it will start, we'll be shamed into signing the destructive piece of legislation "For the children"
