As more and more mothers are having to work out of the home to support their families (especially single mothers) how is this impacting new generations of children?Should we be concerned about future generations if this trend continues?

Whenever there is a lack of nurturing or discipline, there should be cause for concern. If the parent or parents have someone overseeing the children until they get home and then they are able to provide a loving atmosphere and spend good quality time with their children, I believe the children will not be adversely affected. It is the not providing for the child in whatever aspect that causes a rift in the family unit.

I agree with one addition. It is very important for children to have a father or father figure involved in their lives.
