married because girl became pregnant/ no paternity test. boy was told he was the father/ divorce might happen/ paternity test may be persued/ If it is determined that the boy is not the biological father does he still have parental rights such a visitation etc.

Depends on how long he has been in the childs life and the state laws. He should consult a lawyer who will be able to tell him and if he his, help get a good case together to present to the judge.

Any signifcant person within the child's life has a right to make an application for contact with the child. Regardless if you are the non biological father. If the child has known the guy as father and prior to this has had regular contact then this would be considered by a court under children's law to establish if contact is in the child's best interests. I would advise to seek legal advice from a specialist childcare lawyer.

no. Unless you have adopted her/him. This is not a mother . she sounds like a kid with a kid. Any real mother would not use the child as leverage like she is. If you have been a father to this child , and now shes going to try to tell you arent, f her call cps and demand a wellfare check on the kid, have police check on living conditions, document it,this way in court you will show that your character is a true father figure. Im sorry this just make you wanna put her eyes in her butt to see what a child she is being. so it didnt work out with you to, tough deal with it but dont make the child suffer ,I feel for you. but Im pretty sure that even if the father is absent, you must have legally adopted the child.I married and I raised and still raise my (inherited daughter at 2 years old)who is now 12,had a daughter with this woman and the courts didnt even mention her name with the custody issues, eventhough they knew she existed, because I had never legally adopted her. Neddless to say she wisen up and ubderstood that because our marriage went sour, did not give her any right to try to stop me from still being her father.
