re order no 777592508..I was charged for this order and all I receive are messages saying no service

why am I being told on the internet that I no longer have norton virus protection when I purchasesd 2 years of protection thru symantec order 777592508 please advise

you should contact Norton and let them know whats going on, give them your order number and keep up with all contacts with everyone you speak with. good luck

same thing happened to me......I can't remember how i fixed it.....I think I had to reinstall using the reorder number......can't.........remember........age......catching up.......fast........good luck!

Call the Customer Service with your order number and explain. They charged me and I am with AVG! Took a while but I got my money back. Perhaps they can clear you up too.
