I have a set of chrome wire wheels, 15X8, that are "Cruser Wire". R 5-4 5/4 75/5. What do they fit?

The adaptor plate has many wheel lug nut patterns in it to fit several vehicles. It will not fit my 94 F-150. These adaptor plates have a left side and a right side. Any one know what they will fit?
